Yatinoo Announces International Expansion Strategy and Positions Itself in Contrast to Google GOOG, Yahoo YHOO, eBay EBAY and Others.

Yatinoo announced its international expansion strategy including both organic growth and an aggressive M&A and business development plan. Yatinoo has identified various important acquisition targets, which the Company is currently approaching. In conjunction with this international growth strategy, Yatinoo intends to be listed on a U.S. stock exchange later in 2008 subject to market conditions (see also Yatinoo).

Yatinoo (www.yatinoo.com) a trilingual (English, French, Arabic) Internet-based portal, community, and search engine offers various services, tools and content to an international audience and is a very viable alternative to Google Inc. (GOOG), Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) and other Internet Content Providers. Yatinoo's most distinguishing advantage and unique selling proposition is the focus on the Arabic, African and Asian regions as well as Arabic, African and Asian people living abroad (e.g. roughly 20% of the 300 million U.S. population have direct African, Asian or Arabic background representing a target market of 60 million users in the U.S. alone). Compared with larger competitors Yatinoo offers tailor-made and highly targeted services, which fit its users' needs and suit their special "look and feel" requirements.

Yatinoo presently offers services such as: Email, weather forecast, personalities, e-Cards, Video & MP3 search Engine, Tunes, Radio, Sports, IM. On top of this Yatinoo is operating a women-oriented portal (woman.yatinoo.com), specifically developed for female users that operates in contrast to the clean, "sterile" competitors' looks and often male- oriented tech-designs.

In addition, Yatinoo is planning to offer toll-free inbound PSTN telephony service, which will allow its users, mostly African, Arab and Asian immigrants living in Europe, the United States and Canada, to call, using a VoIP soft-phone, into Yatinoo's target countries in the African, Arabian and Asian regions. This service will connect immigrants with their family members around the world, including but not limited to China and India. Related service providers like eBay Inc. (EBAY), offering telephony services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Skype Inc., do not offer such free of charge international calls and charge substantially higher fees per minute approximating US$0.213 (for Egypt), US$ 0.288 (for Kenya), US$0.428 (for Iraq), US$0.432 (for Qatar), US$ 0.106 (for India) and up to US$ 0.177 (for Japan) and US$0.296 (for Israel).

For 2009, Yatinoo expects a minimum of 8.34 million users (qualified subscribers) and projects 28.15 million targeted users for 2012. Additionally, Yatinoo is in discussion with leading investment banks and M&A advisory firms to ensure the Company's ability to facilitate future potential acquisition transactions.
