The loss of this bus service will have long-term implications ; Letters

May I congratulate First Bus on its wise decision to restore thecircular (and only) route that serves north-east Bath - a servicethat was so unwisely severed earlier this year? However, bus usersin Larkhall, Fairfield and Camden have been left with a 6/7 servicerunning at a 40-minute frequency, which after the summer holidayswill in all probability mean packed buses every 50 minutes.

My experience of the 40-minute service so far is that it's fineif you have all morning or afternoon to spare for a trip to the postoffice in the centre or Larkhall (our Claremont post office havingbeen closed last year as part of the Royal Mail's 'improvement'programme).
