BRISBANE, Jan 17 AAP - Union organisers recruited an intellectually disabled man toscream abuse and obscenities at strike breakers in exchange for food and cigarettes, theRoyal Commission into Australia's building industry said today.
The commission has been hearing evidence in Brisbane this week about the Nambour Hospitaldispute on the Sunshine Coast.
